October 2004 Partnership agreement signed by all parties
Spring 2006 Minimum of $5.3 million raised toward Center endowment and Operating Fund, triggering preparation of construction documents and permanent financing
Spring 2007 Minimum of $8.1 million (cumulative) raised for Center endowment and Operating Fund triggering the start of construction 
Spring 2008 Construction begins
Winter 2009/2010 Construction complete
Spring 2010 Center opens
